Hija de la Luna

2025

Digital

44 x 44 in.

This piece speaks to suffering, but also triumph and honor. There are flames — symbols of hardship, but also of warmth and guidance. That same fire kept me close to my ancestors. It reminded me of the power I carry to speak, to serve, and to rise. Layered with meaning, divinely beautiful, but not untouched by struggle. We share the same moon — and in its light, we remember who we are.
